If we cannot come to an agreement, no worries, we will provide a free shipping label to you. We have a shipping agreement with UPS, therefore, it will be a UPS label. Please wait for the uploaded label. Please do your best to wrap the monitors and fold the monitor stand so that they will fit in the box without damaging each other. Refunds will be deducted if items are damaged. Please note that returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee.

Due to covid-19 we're extending returns to be 100 days. When you open a return request, instead of the 14 days window to mail it back, we are extending that window to be 30 Days.

Your orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from purchase. We only ship via FedEx and UPS to serve you better and get less lost or delayed packages. It usually takes up to 5 days to arrive when the tracking is created. We are located in Louisville, KY.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and all the promotion items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned. Items passed the deadline to be returned. Items returned without a reason. Returns that were once closed and reopened.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
All returns are subject to 25% restock fee. This fee is common among online retailer and it is to help us recoup cost and pay our employees for their time to process your return in a timely manner.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
